All normal growths: Skin cysts, cherry angioma and dermatofibroma are all benign (non-cancerous) skin growths. Cysts are saclike structure in the skin, which usually contains fluid or keratin material. Cherry angiomas are red blood vessels growths that we can get as we age. Dermatofibroma are brown firm scar tissue-like growths. If you are unsure about a skin spot, you should see a dermatologist.

Cysts: Cysts are like big whiteheads. Cherry angiomas and blood vessel growths. Dermatofibromas are little scars that form after a pimple, bug bite, or ingrown hairs. They're all benign.
