A member asked:

Are dermatofibromas fluid filled? can they be 'popped'

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: They're actually tougher and more solid than the surrounding tissue. If you've been told it's a DF but it's loaded with fluid, it's likely a ganglion cyst or small adnexal tumor instead.
