A member asked:

Cirrhosis patient can live for 20 years?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends: Cirrhosis means that your liver is functioning at a very limited capacity, without replacing that liver with a new one " by a liver transplant" the chances of living 20 years are very slim, since the liver produces so many proteins that are essential to the human body.
