No: These are not typical oral signs of pregnancy. The symptoms you list here could be more related to stress or suppressed immune system than pregnancy. Unexplained gingivitis or gingival bleeding is a more common oral sign of pregnancy.

No: Canker sores and irritated taste buds, which can be a canker sore on the lingual mucosa have several possible etiologies. Stress, immune reactions, and viral origins can all be implicated. The hormonal responses noted in pregnancy can be present at this time but there are too many unrelated reasons for these lesions to be a sign of pregnancy.
