It can do!: Clindamycin is an extremely useful antibiotic weapon in our armory against infection. If you have not taken that drug recently, and with a doctors recommendation and the correct dosage it can prove very effective. But you must follow up with treatment of the infected tooth right away. Exposing bacteria to antibiotics and not stopping the infection leads to antibiotic resistance, harming us all.
