Air in gums ?: How did air get into your gingival tissue? Was it after an extraction, or after a dental procedure? Much more info is needed to answer your question. Please see a local dentist for treatment.

Probably ok: It may be a ruptured minor salivary gland. This would be filled with thick saliva , not air. See a periodontist or oral surgeon.
