Very unlikely: Though not impossible. If you got 3 follicles on Clomid (clomiphene) your chance of triplets is roughly 1/1000; if on hmg (shots) the chance may be as high as 5%. You list 47 years as your age; if this is true, the chance is (i'm sorry) basically zero.
