Possibly: 37 yo with "unstable upper back" queries possibility of fibromyalgia (FM). Might be if there is chronic widespread pain that is interfering with activities of daily living & associated with restless sleep & depression. Rheumatologist best doctor to diagnose. Suspicion for FM increases if chronic low back pain is also present, & if "unstable upper back" means chronic pain in the upper back region.
