No: Astigmatism is a form of refractive error like myopia (near-sightedness) or hyperopia (far-sightedness). It is dependant on the physical shape of your eye and hence cannot be altered with medication. Surgical corrections for astigmatism are available for those who qualify. Discuss your options with your eye doctor.
