No association: Astigmatism has no relationship to dark adaptation. Dark adaptation gets worse with age. If yours is much worse than similarly aged friends, then you should see an ophthalmologist to have it investigated. It could be a sign of a rare retina disease. (most cases turn out to be normal.).
