Outside pain: Most likely caused by tight fitting shoes pushing on the bone on the outside near the pinky toe. Check your shoes. Otherwise more information on what it looks like and the type of symptoms would help.

Might : Have tailors bunion or hammertoe. See podiatrist. Can pad area or wear wider shoe to take pressure off.
