I am not sure what: is meant by pinky toes turn out. Pinky toes can have an adductovarus rotation where the nail portion actually faces in not out. The middle portion of the toe bows out. This can be repaired with a hammertoe procedure known as an arthroplasty where a piece of bone is shaved or cut out.
