Few possibilities: There are 3 possible explanations: clerical error (you got the wrong test results), false positive (something legitimate fooled the test), and true positive (you really had Cocaine in your system). There are not many false positives for the Cocaine test, although liver or kidney disease, diabetes, and the antibiotic Amoxicillin reportedly can do it.
