Multiple causes: In your age group in order of frequency the cause of constant red eyes are: 1. Dry eyes or tear insufficiency. 2. Blepharitis. 3. Allergic atopic conjunctivitis. Rarely alcohol or drug abuse. See your ophthalmologist.
