Red eyes: There are many reasons for red eyes. If allergy is triggering symptoms there is frequently watery discharge and itching. There are many kinds of eye drops. Best approach is to see an eye doctor for an exam and review the history. The diagnosis can easily be made and the right eye drop recommended.

Dry eyes?: If redness is the only problem and you are not exposed to irritants often, a lack of tear production (dry eyes) may well be the reason try using a preservative-free artificial tear droop 3 to 4 times a day regularly and see if this helps.
