I have a low grade fever and headache that starts in the afternoon daily for about 3 weeks. I had sinus symptoms at first& dr gave me zpack . I got better for about 4 days then fever & headache back. No sinus symptoms now.My CBC & bmp lab work normal?
Have lupus.On Plaquenil.Recent labs cbc, c3, c4, bmp, &UA showed no concerns. No other tests done. Does that mean my intermittent flares of debilitating fatigue & near syncope is NOT be from lupus? Rheumatologist never addressed & said labs look good?
