Get checked out: Problems could include hormonal issues like thyroid, estrogen or adrenal. Other concerns maybe circulation and vascular problems. Some people just have a different sensation of ambient temperature.

Too hot or cold: One of the first things to look into would be to make sure your thyroid is functioning correctly. A simple blood test can help evaluate this. Also checking for anemia can help. Some people have labile thermoregulation and do tend to get hot and cold very easily.
