Needs more info: without an exam, I can only give general information, in general hot and cold would be signs of an infection. Overall infection signs (upper resp sniffles, with nausea and/or diarrhea) basically means a (minor) cold virus without a lot to do w. it other than rest, fluids, maybe tylenol (acetaminophen) maybe gingerale or pepto. cannot say in your particular case.
