Yes and Yes!: As an HIV provider, i definitely have hope that HIV can be cured in the future. It has not been easy as the virus is elusive. I feel that we are still missing some critical piece of information about HIV that may lead to the cure. The good news is that there are many excellent meds. Complera (emtricitabine and rilpivirine and tenofovir) is the newest 3 meds in 1 combination pill that just came out. There are others on the way soon!
