Pressure: Hold a little pressure with a gauze pad immediately after the stick for 2 minutes.

Pressure: You might try putting a little pressure over the area, but do not wrap something tight around the foot to stop bleeding as it might cut off circulation altogether. Just take a cool washcloth and place against with a little pressure and this should stop bleeding in a few minutes...If not, go to er.
