Topical antibiotic: After cleaning with saline. Apply protective bangade and avoid pressure on area. Just to be safe, have it looked at by physician to make sure no infection or other issues affect this. By the way. Do not use the shaver again as it obviously is putting you at risk for injury. See a podiatrist.

Antibiotic ointment: Shoes may hurt so you may want to try backless shoe. You need to keep a real close eye on this as it may easily get infected and you may need to get on an oral antibiotic. So at the first sign of infection, you need to realize this treat at home deal has to stop and get in to see the doctor. You can also i ce the area to keep down any inflammation.

Have it evaluated: Cleanse sterile saline if you have some. Otherwise you may use warm water and soap. Apply a topical antibiotic and keep it covered. Make sure your tetanus immunization is up to date. Consult with your doctor.
