Groin lymph nodes: These lumps underneath the skin in your groin region can be most anything. They can be sebaceous cysts to lipomas. It is also common to feel lymph nodes in the groin. Like all lumps they should be followed closely to see if there are going through any changes, especially if associated with weight loss, fevers, etc. If you are worried about it especially if there is changes i would see your doctor.
