Inguinal adenopathy: Nodes in what i assume is your inguinal area are not unusual, but it is difficult from your description to clearly determine the location and the nature of this "lump". Suggest you see a doctor and have them evaluate this and determine whether further studies are needed. It is not likely to have been related to head colds..
