Complex Joint: The shoulder is a complex joint, & many conditions/ injuries (rotator cuff injury, bursitits, tendonitis, labral pathology, etc).Can cause pain/ weakness. Pain in the area you describe could also be rooted in your neck or chest (cardiac)... I recommend you see a physician asap.
