Could be bursitis: Subacromial bursitis ( an inflammation of the small fluid filled bag or bursa l just under the flat top of the end of your clavicle) can cause the pressure/pain you describe. See an orthopedic doctor for the exact reason for these symptoms If it is a subacromial bursitis an injection of cortisone could help. ( Its an office procedure!) Good Luck Hope this helps Dr Z
