Bp 150/90, hr 125, pressure in chest, left shoulder & arm. ekg & labs good. what could it be? bp is normally 110/60.

Bp high?: stress? that bp isn't that high. keep monitoring at home

Still haven't: finished cardiac workup. You need further evaluations including likely a stress thallium or echo. An echocardiogram and a Holter monitor. By definition you EKG wasn't normal if your HR was 125.

Excessive SALT: may be your problem! This is the most common reason for elevated Blood Pressure in someone who USUALLY has normal readings HOWEVER THE CHEST PAIN NEEDS EVALUATION ASAP Hope this helps Dr Z
