No: Unless you had unusual right shoulder positioning that would irritate your muscles and joint unlikely cabin pressure. Sitting in a small cramped seat is uncomfortable but then again flying is a travel inconvenience at best. Book better seating or change airlines if you need to fly more frequently. Could take acetaminophen prior to flight. Helps as an anti inflammatory for muscle joint pain.
