Glad you're better: At your age (19), it's likely that your tumor was a dysgerminoma, which is almost always curable with today's methods, or a granulosa cell tumor which is not very aggressive -- if in fact your tumor was really a cancer. There's nothing special to do afterwards and probably you'll be able to become a mother if the other ovary is good and it is your wish.
