I had immature ovarian teratoma when i was 12, then mature teratoma on the remaining ovary 10yrs later. is it possible to come back again?

No: once completely removed no , commonly called dermoid cyst of ovary contains 'embryonal elements' some are malignant . Don't worry go for your regular gyn follow up examinations.
