I feel a pain only on right side when ovulate - but i don't have ovarian tube there just ovary. i don't feel pain when ov on left side (i got pregnt)?

Persistent fertility: Mother nature is very persistent and can conceive with a ovary only on one side and a tube only on the opposite side. The fallopian tube is flexible enough to reach the contra-lateral ovary without a problem.
