It is possible: A small amount of blood loss daily could lead to anemia, particularly if your diet is low in iron (not much red meat, few green leafy vegetables). Usually in a young person with visible blood loss, this is the reason. But if improved diet doesn't resolve the anemia, further evaluation is indicated.

It depends: You could be anemic. It depends on how long you have had those bloody bms . The longer you've had them the greater your chance of being anemic. A simple blood test called CBC should answer your question...
