Anxiety attacks: I'm glad you've got a healthy heart, as your test results show. Your anxiety may be part of premenstrual syndrome. Core symptoms of pms include affective symptoms like depression, angry outbursts, irritability, and anxiety, plus body symptoms like breast pain, bloating and swelling, & headache. Exercise; avoid sugar, salt & caffeine; consistent sleep; may need magnesium; possibly ssri.
