Normal : In terms of activity you should be back to normal with no restrictions. Your breasts may still be slightly numb and sore. Your scars may being more red and thicker at this point before they start fading later.

At this stage,: Much of the post-op soreness has resolved, but the scars will be red, and the breast shape may not yet be completely "settled-in" quite yet.

Most Swelling Gone.: At this point, you will certainly be to the “worst of things”. The majority of swelling will have dissipated but ongoing healing remains to occur. Swelling will continue to dissipate and scars will continue to improve. You will likely find that the appearance of the breasts will continue to improve over the course of the first 6 months and even one year.
