Probably not: The signs and symptoms of TMJ include limited jaw movement, pain and/or noises on opening or closing, sore muscles above and below the joint, but not usually throat pain.

Probably no : Tmj syndrome is usually limited to pain around ears(jaw joint) and/or muscles around the jaw, side of head, and neck.
