Proper posture: Use proper posture and body mechanics with all activity. Use good foot wear, try to change positions, use common sense with lifting. Do stretching & strengthening at home.

Medication brace: Try motrin, advil, (ibuprofen) alleve type medicaitons etc..Use a corsett brace periodically, take breaks, go to physical therapy after work.
