Couch to 5K: Assuming you are healthy and not experiencing any chest pain or shortness of breath with activity, I would recommend considering a Couch to 5K program! They are excellent. Make sure to listen to your body! If you do have any underlying medical problems or any of the symptoms mentioned above, please consult with your doctor before starting any kind of program.
