HIV: Without seeing these there is no reasonable way in which to answer your question, but acute HIV disease will seldom if ever produce such spots, unless this is yeast infection (thrush). That can occur. See a doctor. If there is any concern that you may have been exposed please get tested asap. Better safe than sorry.
