How strong: The strength of a medication is relative to the person taking it. For some this medication will be a very strong medication. For others who may have a history of taking alcohol or other similar medications it may be a weak medication. It also depends on whether other medications are also prescribed with it and the nature of the pain that is being treated.

Thanks for asking!: Narcotics have various strength in opioid naïve versus patients who are taking opioids. It is a significantly stronger medication for pain control than Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen).
