Call a dentist: Your headache may be coming from the toothache, not the motrin. This may be a sign that things are getting worse quickly. Please call before you have an emergency.

Correlation: Its like which came first the chicken or the egg. Sometimes the stress of having a toothache can cause a tension headache or muscle headache. Try to treat the toothache asap so your weekend will have a better outlook. Obviously, if the headache persists check in with you md.

Toothache\headache: What to do? See a dentist for the toothache, drink plenty of water and see your physician if the headache continues without relief in a reasonable amount of time. The two symptoms may or may not be related.
