No: Delayed sleep phase syndrome (dsps) results from a pathological alignment of one's sleep-wake schedule with one's internal biological clock. While moving to a different time zone could temporarily alleviate dsps, it is likely that one would slip back into a delayed sleep-wake schedule within weeks.
