Delayed sleep phase: There are very helpful ways to reverse delayed sleep phase. Easy they are not. If this is affecting your daytime function or your work, it is worth seeking a professional to help you deal with this. Most treatments involve behavioral therapy (i.e. Using chronotherpy) with a component of phototherapy.
