Probably not: There is no evidence to support vitamin d to shift sleep phase. Bright light at the right time can do it and high doses of melatonin timed right can do it, but easiest is to stay awake throughout the night and next day (around 36 hours or so), then go to sleep at the desired time and you should be on that cycle.
