Should i see an ent for broken jaw?

Not necessarily : It might depend on which jaw is broken as to who may choose to treat you. Generally lower jaw fractures are treated by oral surgeons. Mid-facial fractures might be treated by oral, plastic or ENT surgeons depending on their training, experience and confidence to treat. Calling or visiting your local trauma hospital for advice would be helpful.

You can or: Facial trauma, including fractures of the facial bones and jaws can be treated by oral and maxillofacial surgeons, ENT specialists, and plastic surgeons. All three specialties are trained to treat facial fractures with oral and maxillofacial surgeons having the advantage of a dental background.

Oral surgeon: As both an oral surgeonn and ENT doc, I think most who understand broken jaws would recommend oral surgeons as the best to treat complex jaw fractures.
