My head has been feeling foggy on and off, for a few months now. ive been to see an ent but he indicated that he cant see anything physically wrong and that it could be anything. feels like sinus but dont want to take otcs too long?

Foggy feeling: Generalized fogginess and malaise are extremely common yet vague symptoms. Not sure why you started your evaluation with an ENT, but a general history and physical by your GP might help provide some direction. I agree that you don’t want to rely on otc meds for too long without a reasonable diagnosis.
