Vomiting pain killer: Good question. Pain killers can make many people feel nauseous and some will vomit. It's important to know what's causing the vomiting. If its the med, don't try another one. If you vomited up the pill, you could try to take another one, but it might come right back up. If you don't see the pill, don't take another one. Pain pills are dangerous and you don't want to accidentally overdose.

Depends on tolerence: If you normally take same pain killer without any vomiting and this vomiting was incidental then you can take another one. If the cause of vomiting was pill itself then there is no point in taking again.
