MRSA: Far more often than not, staph aureus in the urine is a result of staphylococci in the blood and should be addressed as such until proven otherwise. This organism can be extremely difficult to treat effectively and pregnancy does not make it easier. Strongly suggest you see an infectious diseases expert asap, and best wishes for a good outcome. Have a very good pediatrician for that great baby.
