Prostatits: Is an infection or inflammation of the prostate. In can result in pain and poor urinary flow and can be treated with medication. Exercises that increase pelvic pressure(squatting) can aggravate the prostate.

Italian study: Suggested that both aerobic(including brisk walking) and nonaerobic exercise(including leg lifts, sit-ups, and stretching) helped minimize symptoms and quality of life compromise in chronic prostatitis. Aerobic exercise helped more.
