Congestive prostatitis is caused by a buildup of fluids in the prostate area. This can be caused by lack of ejaculation or by nerve damage. Talk to a urologist if you are having symptoms such as frequent urination, inability to begin urinating, pain in the area between the scrotum and the rectum, or painful ejaculation.
