Yes.: Some evidence suggests stress is associated with liver cell change and at times damage. The magnitude if this effect appears to be minot, in general we do t see many cases where stress has caused observable and clinically significant liver damage.

Stress & Liver: Yes, stress does affect your liver (and every other organ inside you). Stress increases inflammatory responses in the liver, which can possibly lead to fatty liver and other problems.
