What are the indications for all those tests done? Negative fibroscan only rules out liver scarring (fibrosis & cirrhosis) but it is normal in most early case of hepatic parenchymal disease such as NAFLD or other infiltrative hepatic disease which can present with hepatomegaly. Negative cardiac stress test does not rule out right heart problem which can cause an enlarged liver. Take care.
